So, the quality of the outside of my beauty blender holder is fine, but after some use, I noticed that my damp beauty blender deteriorates the gold coating on the inside of the coils. You don't notice on the outside, though, and although it's making bald spots on the inside of the coils, those don't rub onto my beauty blender or anything.
