Loops too loose
This is very poor quality. Ioops are very free. Every 20 minutes you have to adjust the strap to get it back in the loop. The skin also has wrinkles and folds at the bends. Corrected: I'm revising my review. The company sent me a new group. They sent me a big one, it didn't fit me, but my husband took it. His group doesn't have the problems my group had and he's happy with that. Looks like I have a bad group. I appreciate the company reaching out and sending a new band. Excellent customer service!
