I love how easy it was set up with our team as well! The customer service has been great so far too!! It's helping us keep track of all employee information such as pay checks etc., which helps me stay organized when paying them out each month/weekend (which can be quite time consuming). We're also able see who hasn't logged onto their account recently or if they have any pending payments due before we send payroll info via email next week - this saves some work at times :) As mentioned above though there isn’t much you dislike about poka itself but rather more what your business needs from software like ours? Our biggest issue right now would probably just being stuck waiting around while someone else logs off then comes back online after logging again haha :P But other than those minor issues everything seems fine thusfar.
