Fancy Shed Outdoors only Cat

WATERPROOFING: I used Polycrylic first because I had it on hand. Polycrylic is for indoor use only and is not the best option for wet items. I did a little research and just bought Minwax Pro Series Spar Urethane from Lowes. I used pure satin because that was the only finish available. Be especially careful to apply liberally to cracks and trim. I did two shifts. It is drying slowly because the roof is covered with moisture from the coming storm. It rained 2 days in a row and my inspection today found no moisture in the room. Waterproof near the doors if you keep them open in the rain. Remember to use catnip liberally for the first few days! I wish all the doors were closed except for the small one, but the cat didn't. Instead, I left one lower door ajar and covered it with plastic while holding the other with a rock. I'll come up with something when the rainy season is over. I bought it to use my handsome bob as he usually lives in the garden. I liked the idea of multiple escape routes since I lost my cat to the dogs in our house. There was a condo style that was better suited for this, but the second level was useless as the cutout took up most of the space. My family for some reason wouldn't allow me to put it up front, which made my $130 choice. unnecessary where a smaller structure would suffice. I put him in the back and Beans, our big male, didn't feel it, so he colonized his enemy, Princess Pish's little cottage. She took it, so it worked out fine. Cats really are special.
