Very high quality product. Unlike some of the $50 products I've tried on this site, this is real memory foam and was designed with care. I will describe it as honestly as possible. I bought a firm mattress a few years ago, but after a while I needed a little more pillows. This product is firm but after a couple of weeks it really provides the comfort you need. My previous topper was basically just a sponge and as soon as I bought it I slept great and felt no pain for a small $140 investment. I'd recommend it for people who weigh around 130 pounds otherwise it's a bit stiff and might not fit the bill. I am a 171 lb 5ft 10" male and my girlfriend is 150 lb 5.8" and we both sleep great. Give it a try because the topper is definitely a product not to be skimped on. The 2" is probably perfect, but we have the 3" and it works great. For your health.
