I drink a lot of coffee with foreseeable consequences for my teeth. I use a night brightener where the gel is placed in a retainer device and worn overnight. This product makes my teeth very shiny, white and smooth to the touch but the effects wear off and when it gets bad enough I repeat the treatment about once a month. This product is much easier to use. I just put a drop of gel on my toothbrush along with my toothpaste. It had a slight whitening effect that seems to keep my teeth from turning yellow again. I've been using it for a little over two weeks. If the effects last, I hope to be able to do without the nightly application in the future and always have a bright white smile and smooth teeth, not just for a few days after a nightly treatment. BUT I found it only lasts about 3 weeks which makes it quite expensive. I'm not sure if it's a good value.
