Lumpy and tastes terrible.

A friend from work told me about this product, she bought it in a store. It tasted great and was a whitish soft powder. When I got mine I opened it and there were pink lumps all over it. I stirred and shook and it didn't help. Also, my taste is terrible. Your same product was fine. I'm not sure if I received an old product (expires in August) or something else. Very disappointed. I really wanted it to work.
