Review on Sangean PR D7 BK Rechargeable Portable by Mike Wachtel

I bought my Sangean radio on 09/07/2018 and read a few reviews at the time that this radio just stopped playing after a while. Unfortunately I didn't put much stock in that as there were so many 4 and 5 star reviews. A little over a year later (and now out of warranty) the same problem started with my radio tape recorder. A few times a day this radio would stop playing for no reason. I waited several hours. it will start again. It only got worse over time and now my Sangean PR-D7-BK only runs for a few minutes and then stops. No, this has nothing to do with batteries, as these are usually tested. The same thing also happens when I plug the radio into the outlet. After a few minutes, the radio turns off. Manufacturers should be aware of this issue as it has been reported by others. Good luck they can fix it.
