I received a used case with motherboard (MSI X470 Games Plus), in relatively new condition, but until I started assembling it I didn't realize that there was no backplate and no bracket to attach a CPU cooler would have. Place. the options are not good for replacements on amazon so i took a chance with this one. That works, but when I installed the backplate to connect to the Ryzen Wraithspire cooler, I noticed that the place it screws in is flush with the board instead of sticking out a bit so the screws get stuck, which I found forces to put more pressure on the board. Screw in when I was comfortable. Overall though, it does the job so far so well. will update if i have to.
