Review on SVBONY Telescope Eyepiece Astronomic Telescopes by Fernando Ramani

Package arrived and looked very good. It is in a beautiful box, well packaged. When I opened it I found an eyepiece, 2 caps and a lens cleaning tissue in a separate transparent plastic case. The EP looks good and has a good sense of solidity. The mechanism runs smoothly and the EP sits flush with the focuser on my telescope (see picture). The only issue I had - and it broke the deal - it has a black spot on the lens that's visible at low magnifications. . It's not outside the lens, it's actually inside the lens; When you rotate the EP, the black dot rotates with it, but it's not something you can wipe off. It's disappointing and I will return it. Somehow the QC must have missed it. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and after a few messages back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement. I think I was dealing with a rep from Revain. The EP arrived in perfect condition. So I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars for good customer service and a good product. SVBony stands behind their product. It's good.
