I have back pain and I usually sleep on a long body pillow. The body pillow didn't work that well and I still woke up in the morning with a lot of pain. I ordered this knee pillow from Abco with little expectation. First let me say that while she may be small, she is powerful! The pillow is small, about 10 x 8 inches. It is well made of dense memory foam. It's quite firm, so I don't expect it to go as flat as it usually does. It takes the pressure off my lower back and I wake up with a lot less pain than usual. I like that the cover is removable and washable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who sleeps on their side and has back problems.
