It lies down very easily, it's nice and thick and cats absolutely hate it. I've had a little over two weeks and it's still sticky and they've taken it once and played with it more, oh at least I haven't had the pleasure of seeing them try again. Little rascals! I told him I would do it, they didn't believe me. But when it comes to removing it, you need to be careful and aware of your risk. Whatever you wear may look different, which defeats the purpose. But I've noticed that I only had to place it in a few spots and they don't scratch any of the other services they shouldn't. They stick to their scratching boards. so that's definitely a plus. Maybe you take your worst piece that they've already screwed up, put it on a little and then they worry it's in other places they know well and they shouldn't scratch because they always have a piercing panic from mommies hear voice! I'm so glad I have this! The rest, I think, is enough for pranks with my husband!
