I really like this seven color light therapy mask. I have a mask very similar to this one please but it only had three colors. Red, blue and green. The new masks have seven colors for light therapy. Red is said to help with blood circulation, collagen and wrinkles. Blue is said to help with acne. Orange is said to help with oxygen, blood circulation and pigmentation. Green balances skin condition and is said to help with lymphatic tissue and edema. Purple light is said to be a double red and blue stripe, so it is more suitable for acne scar healing and repairing. Violet light helps with age spots, improved wrinkles and sagging skin. And blue light increases cell energy by gradually boosting metabolism. I have been using this light therapy for two weeks. Basically I used red, blue. orange and violet light. Green doesn't suit me for some reason. I feel like there is a difference in the way my skin looks. It looks healthier and I have a few extras! One issue I've had is that I'm a little uncomfortable wearing a mask over my glasses since I wear glasses. If you don't have glasses, this should be a comfortable mask. What I like best is that it's so light, you can turn on the lights, walk around the house, and go about your business. Other masks I have are bulkier. One is very difficult and requires you to just lie down with a mask over your face. The other is a portable flashlight that connects to a cord so you have to sit down and hold it over your face. Portable is also more labor intensive and will tire your hand! However, because it is very thin and light, it is fragile and easy to break! Several times I left it on the counter or next to a chair and forgot it was there. Because it's understandable, sometimes I didn't see it and almost broke it. That's why I recommend putting it back in the storage box immediately after use. The functionality is great. It charges very quickly and you press a button to change the light therapy's colors and turn it on or off. This is a great product if you are looking for a good introduction to light therapy or are tired of your old light therapy. It will give you results and it will be easy to use.
