BUYERS BEWARE! The item worked perfectly the first time it was used. After the second use, I noticed that there were dark spots (e.g. oil spores) on my shirts. Unfortunately, this happened 5 days after the return period had expired. When you buy it, check it carefully in the return window. TO UPDATE. After working with customer service (simple process) it was determined that my first unit was defective and needed to be replaced. I found it strange that they didn't want to return it and they told me to cut the cord and send a photo as proof. Seems wasteful but I assume the shipping cost is the reason. After my new abs arrived 2 days later. The device has worked flawlessly so far and despite some getting used to it, I think it's a wise investment and give it 5 STARS! This is a great little tool.
