The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.

Although the chairs are generally comfortable, I would want to have one replaced, and I have requested the seller via email and twice more via the call center for assistance; however, I have received no response after three days. To sum up: the seats are sweet, but the service is terrible.
There was silence from the vendor. So Amazon offered to accept them back, but I already have all the chairs and don't want to take them apart again and pay for a taxi to transport them, so I won't. The seller, it seems, is depending on this.

Pros

The seats are lovely, and they come in sturdy packaging. Liked. Every each detail was necessary.

Cons

There is no thread into which the chair's base can be fastened on one of the seats, creating a "marriage of fastening." You can see that the mount is standard and threadless in the attached shot.

Its pros: Handsome. Easy. Almost does not rot. With its cons. The back bends. Feeling of fragility.

Got pros: Plastic chairs are comfortable and quick to assemble, look stylish in a minimalist interior and are quite durable. Padded back for excellent support. Got cons: It is not recommended to put people heavier than 100 kg on them, I'm afraid the plastic will not stand it.
