Then sew those seams back together2nd, remove the modesty flap in the back so that your under shirt will show through the laces and not a dumb flap of fabric3rd, change out the laces.

I used deertan lace for the front (which is mainly decorative) and some sturdy cording for the back.4th, fix the placement of the shoulder straps in the back as they are way too far apart5th, add some weathering for better color. I used leather gel and darkened a lot of the material but kept some of the original color for highlights only.
