Great looks, design flaws

I use this charging station for my travel kit in the office. Overall it's good and I really like the color. I have to share a few points. If you have a thick case on your phone, you'll need to remove it for this thing to charge. It's a bit annoying. Also, I have a hard time removing the base after screwing it down. It's almost impossible to take it off again.
