This car is defective. There are no instructions for attaching a fabric wagon to the front of the base. My daughter with special needs tried it on with help and when she was able to return it to me I couldn't figure out how to put it on properly according to the instructions that came with it. Please let me know how I can return this defective shopping cart despite "return". the window is closed". Thanks.
