Delivery speed was good, board appearance is as expected. Splitting all the letters took quite a while and if I had to do it all over again I would probably only cut out the letters I need when needed as rummaging around for the letters I need for my first post was awkward. The scissors that came with the board were a pleasant surprise - be careful, they pinch! The only disappointing feature of the item is that the protrusions on the letters are so small that not all the letters and punctuation stay in place when the board is set up.
