Recently at work we had to move big heavy metal doors and I think that's when I started to feel scar pain in my elbow. been in pain for about a week and a half or two and i'm telling you i'm starting to get scared because i need my elbow to feel good and normal. i'm a professional artist so it really bothered me. Emotional and painful, I ordered this elbow brace hoping it would cure my pain. Man I wore it for about a week and the pain went away. The pain is so gone I can't even wear it anymore. I still have a bust. The price was great and there were 2 in a box. The other one I have is still new in the box and the one I wore is still like new. It's a bit fiddly at first, but let me say it's because it does what it's supposed to do. Before I got a bra when I lay down on the bed and stretched out my arm. I couldn't stretch it all the way because of the pain. I even got scared when my daughters came up to me and slapped my arm. I said I'm in pain. This bandage is early. Looks good, feels good, even if it might feel a bit cramped at first. I left it on until I couldn't stand its tightness anymore, then I took it off for a while and then put it back on, I slept with it on too, on "the same", I took it off when I couldn't bear it to be tense . Then put it back on. let me say that They should be snug, they give you the right size for your biceps and 4 inches above your elbow. Dude this worked great I didn't think it would take away my pain I just thought if it helped me deal with the pain it would be good for me I was really surprised the pain went away. If your elbow hurts, buy it! I highly recommend. Just follow the instructions they give you to choose the right size for you. 5 Stars
