I brought this item to take to work because it gets very cold at work and I have to keep going to the microwave which is far from my cabin and then have to wait to microwave can use inconvenience. I was looking for a desk mug, but the only ones I found were the ones for the car, so I was able to buy a car socket converter to plug into my regular wall outlet at my desk. I only gave four stars just because it takes hours to heat up, so if you want something hot right away this isn't it, but when you get to work, plug it in with water or whatever you want to heat up. And because it's well insulated, it keeps your drink warm for a long time, so fill it up and let it do what it does, it gets really hot. The mug only costs about $12. You can put an empty cup straight into my charging case. If you pour liquid into a cup, it will not leak. Now if you close the mouth latch on top of the cup and tilt the cup, yes the liquid will drip and who will, but it won't spill out the edges of the cup. It comes with a good length cord, the adapter was ordered separately, the cup didn't fit. Now I'm ready to go, yes I will buy again and give to my other co-workers.
