Easy Digital Archival Tool That Supports All Platforms
The ability to work with any file format without requiring additional software or expensive licenses is great! It's also very easy for end users to use, they just have to drag it into their application of choice (iPad in our case) which makes this solution extremely popular as most companies now rely heavily upon iPads/tablets. I don't like that you can only access files saved through your device - if someone sends me an email attachment from another platform then there are no tools available yet to open them up via OA's interface. We're solving issues related to digital archiving by providing secure backup storage for all types of content we want backed-up including documents, emails, etc., but more importantly ensuring legal ownership over these assets so when needed they will be easily accessible again.
