The team at kord are very professional yet friendly people with creative solutions to problems we face as an agency partner of theirs! They also have excellent communication skills which makes working together seamless for us- they listen well before coming up with their own ideas about our projects and always provide great deliverables along side with thorough feedbacks. Their process has been streamlined over time by providing more tools that enable them to create better assets than what was previously available within the toolbox. I think there could be some improvements regarding how new users can navigate through different templates but otherwise it's hard not like everything else when your using this product every day!! Designing brand identity packages across all platforms (print + digital).
