Review on 🎡 PROZOR 192k Digital to Analog Converter DAC with Volume Control - Coaxial SPDIF Toslink to Analog Stereo RCA & 3.5mm Jack Audio Adapter by Enrique Espinoza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works perfectly. Outstanding sound quality.

My TV's 3.5mm stereo audio output was defective and I needed a way to connect the TV to my 1990's stereo amplifier, which only has analog inputs. I plugged it into the optical output and changed my Samsung TV's audio output to PCM with Bitstream and it worked straight away. Make sure to adjust the audio delay in your TV's advanced settings to keep the audio in sync with the video. I still use the VCR from time to time and was concerned that my coax connection to the TV wasn't outputting sound through the optical digital out, but that worked! If the output volume is low at first, turn the volume wheel on the side. Turning it on to the max fixed it.

Pros
  • PROZOR 192k D/A Converter converts coaxial or digital Toslink PCM audio signal to analog L/R RCA audio output and 3.5mm headphone jack (NOT reversible).
Cons
  • Some bugs
