They work really well!
Tried both nose pads and ear hooks. The nose pads eventually came loose (2 weeks?) but work as long as they are attached. The ear hooks stayed and they completely solved the problem. It's really great to have such a 100% change that the goggles slip off when I sweat a little etc so I don't have to worry at all. World. My son said it looked like I had a hearing aid.
