I first bought this pillow for my partner but when it arrived he was away for the weekend so I gave it a try. I had no idea Yana would affect my sleep so much! Now I sleep deeply and without interruption, which was not the case before. Something about the cushion acting as a soft barrier and also its heaviness gives me a very comfortable and reassuring feeling. I love that I can switch sides on this pillow and always support my knees. The ability to put your hand under your pillow while you sleep is also a game changer. I didn't know until now that I have insomnia - the difference between before and after Yana is huge. I'm a complete Jan convert and I love that I now have a guaranteed way to sleep tight. Now I can only hope my partner doesn't love the pillow as much as I do :)
