For the last month I've had these headlights, they've been so annoying. I have them around the ceiling and have to climb up the ladder several times a day when the last five feet or so fall off. I bought another double sided tape and it helps in a couple of places but still doesn't work. Other parts will also chip off randomly. Then lately I come into the room and two solid walls will collapse completely. Even though I cleaned the wall before sticking them, they just don't stick. The description says that they have improved the grip, but in reality it doesn't seem so. I see they work for other purposes, but probably not for the ceiling unless you want to keep the ladder in the room all the time. I never write reviews like this but I just wanted to save someone a lot of wasted money and frustration. However, the remote works well and they are quite bright. I just wouldn't recommend placing them around the perimeter of the ceiling.
