Big. Tightens skin and unclogs pores

I am an elderly person and have acne problems such as clogged pores that lead to breakouts. I can't remember the medical Latin term. This is a common disease in old age. I have tried many alternative products but this is simply the best. It takes time, months, but the results are worth it.
