It's better to have someone else do it for you than to do it yourself but I didn't have anyone who could do it for me so I did it myself , there was a slight burning sensation, but it is indicated, just keep your eyes closed as much as possible, I did one eye at a time, I had to do two attempts, because the first time all the lashes did not come off completely, and I left for 20-30 minutes don't know what they are talking about 3 to 7 minutes lol. This is BS. But I love the product, I'm glad I bought it otherwise I would have been walking around here looking crazy because my real lashes were plucked out due to my ODC. and the product really touched my skin, I had a slight irritation but my skin is already sensitive, it didn't bother me. I didn't patch test like I should have, I was too excited to remove the extensions.
