The screw holding the back of the chair was loosening all the time. He begins to stagger.
At $200 at the time of purchase in June 2021 I expected this chair to last a while. Shortly after using it for about a month or two, I noticed some security issues, like loosening the screws holding the chair together. I contacted Amazon support and asked if they could just send me a replacement but it was out of stock at the time so they offered a refund. I should have taken it.
