I used to use all Pyle products. and before that I had a Pyle PCA1 that lasted less than 2 years which was fine considering the price I paid. So by purchasing PCA2 I thought I was getting a better product, in fact I reviewed it before I even opened Pandora's box but I was wrong. Dealing with people like that is a nightmare. A) This device doesn't work, period. To get sound after turning it on, I have to disconnect and reconnect the inputs. The remote control was DOA. 6 emails and 4 phone calls later the issue is not resolved and I believe it will never be resolved. Their customer service is not only unskilled and arrogant but also a big joke. Nobody knows how to do their job and a month and a half later I still can't use the damn thing. You have intentionally delayed long enough to make it impossible to return the item within 30 days of purchase. Pleaseeee! Stay away from these people. The brand name Pyle is correct, just misspelled, it should be Pile as in Pile of Crap.
