So soft and smooth best in my review

I love this eye cream. it applies so softly and smoothly. I have noticed a reduction in dark circles and puffiness after 2 weeks. Still waiting to see if it reduces wrinkles, hence the four stars. Will update later on. I have combination nnormal to oily skin and it didn't make me break out. Applies like satin and works well under makeup. A little goes a long way, so value wise, this is a great addition to one's beauty regiment.
