Awesome Call Tracking for Small Businesses

We have been using Nimbatacall tracking system since 2016 it has helped us track all of customer interaction with our clients from past year as well future years which would be very helpful during sales process. I am not much satisfied about anything but if i can suggest something then its easy integration between Salesforce & NimbaticaCalltracking will help lot by providing real time data analysis without any manual effort required. Its one stop solution provider who provides best quality service at affordable price range. It helps me understand my customers requirement easily through various reports available within nimba platform.I like how easy it was to set up my account with this software. It's very user friendly! The support team has been amazing at helping me get everything setup correctly. There isn't much i dislike about this system other then maybe having too many options/features but they make sense once you use them. This program does exactly what we need it to do. We have had success using this as an internal tool to track customer service issues from employees and customers alike.
