Difficult to hold on to in gusty winds

Dominik AC on trailer (2019 model) was a bit too big for a shelter, although the manufacturer advertised it would work. We've had a hell of a wind this fall and winter, once it gets over 20mph it tapers off and blows away over time. To solve this problem, one could wrap the bottom of the air conditioner about 1/2 inch longer. The hat feels solid, heavy and looks good, just wish it could stay on, too cold to keep putting on after a storm.
