The coffee machine arrived in good condition as promised. The tape on the underside of the outer packaging came off, which could cause the device to fall out. The coffee maker was set up with no issues and is currently working well, making multiple cups of coffee per day. Caution should be exercised when using the device with hard water or water with a high mineral content. The deposits build up quite quickly, so the device should be cleaned more often with a cleaning pen. I like the longer cleaning spring as it allows the tank to be completely drained.
