I really liked this backpack bag when I first received it. It was a great transition from carrying crossbody bags, which over time gave me shoulder pain. However, after the backpack bag lasted less than 3 months, the fabric on the inside of the bag came loose and spread out. I also find that the zippers at the top of the bag are quite difficult to manage when one of them ends at the other end of the bag. It becomes very difficult to close and I struggle to close the bag again and sometimes I just need to leave it open temporarily. I am very disappointed that I have already had to replace this bag due to its lack of durability. I will not buy bags from this brand again.
