Great Stylish Case - Two sizes available - 2017 iPad 9.7 tablets have their own version of this case

Over the years I have tried dozens of cases for many different iPads for several iPads owned by myself and other friends and family members. Some peculiarities immediately rule out a serious case study. The molded plastic case that "snaps" the tablet in place proved questionable in terms of grip and durability. A small dent on the edge of the tablet may result in a loose connection. I've also seen broken screens from short-range drops on tablets with this type of attachment. The tablet is held in place too tightly, and the impact when falling did not go anywhere, does not give way. Another popular fastening method that disqualifies a suitcase is four elastic corner straps that slide over each corner. I've found these elastic straps get in the way of the headphone jack adapter, side volume buttons, and top button of the iPad, leaving the tablet loose and slack in the case. A slipping tablet can cause each of the corners to detach from the retaining strap, leading to a potential disaster: a loose tablet in a closed or zipped case. My favorite method of attachment that this iPad case uses is the full box system. You place your iPad in a secure "box" with a hinged flap on top. The front of the box is 1/2" to 3/4" wide around each side of the iPad, and once you tuck the top flap behind the back of the tablet, your iPad comes with soft padding on each edge for added extra surround cushions that can catch any small drops that may occur. I ordered this case for my friend's new 2017 iPad. Little did I know that the 2017 model was a quarter and a half narrower than most iPad generations. This case fits wider older iPads. The new 2017 iPad moves too much in this case, the home button slips out of sight and is hidden behind the edge of the case. We tried foam inserts to even out play, considered Velcro or tape to keep it in place. I was ready to review this really beautiful and functional iPad sleeve with poor fitting marks when I found out that the newer iPads are smaller. Investigating further I found a duplicate of this item, made by the same company but on a smaller 2017 iPad. A new case proudly protects your new iPad. This larger case gives a rugged look and protects the older generation iPad 3rd generation.
