The room I usually set up Zoom or other video conferencing in has good side lighting but it's not the best for video. I needed a way to get more light (as well as the right level and color of light) directly behind the camera and onto my face. This lighting kit does just that. The adjustable height allows me to place the stand behind the screen and raise the light above it to perfectly illuminate my face. The light is softer than I expected (which is good), and the color and intensity settings allow me to tailor it to my needs at the time of day I'm using Zoom. The side lighting from my windows changes throughout the day, so the amount of light I need changes as well. The light output can be very bright, but I usually use it at lower settings. The controls (on top of the light module) are easily accessible during use. A bonus is the semi-rigid case that will hold everything.
