I bought the largest size so our Cane Corso puppy could grow into it (he's about 80 lbs. in this photo). After the first try, he understood that wearing the coat was better than being cold, so he happily allows it to be put on. I simply tied the girth strap to make it shorter until his chest fills out. The quality has held up nicely and it washes well. The leg straps seem to be annoying to him, so we just leave his legs out of the elastic straps. Given the shape of the coat it doesn't negatively affect the way it lays. Haven't yet tried it in rain or wet snow. I'm happy with my purchase and so is the pup!
