I like that they have so many different options to choose from when it comes time to set up your environment. They also host their own VMs which means you're not relying solely on third party hosts if something goes down with them or any of those other issues can come about where others are hosting our instances. It's difficult setting one thing in particular because everything is very good but we do enjoy using this software at work since all employees use it daily. The fact that there isn't much downtime compared to some competitors makes us feel safe knowing what will be going wrong should anything happen during business hours. We've been able solve almost every problem ourselves without having someone else fix things.
