This is the neck pain relief I needed!
I couldn't decide on a new pillow for several weeks. I finally chose this because I liked the air holes in the foam. To be honest I wasn't too sure if this pillow would work for me as I've never had a contour pillow before. When I first received it I found it too soft, but after a few nights of use it did what it said it would! Since then my throat hasn't hurt anymore. I try to sleep on my side and usually fall asleep that way, but I move around in my sleep to wake up on my stomach or back. So far it has been good with the move of the pillow too. I recommend trying it.
