I learned about the benefits of Magnesium Oil Spray from a wellness website and came to Revain to search for the product. I decided on this one because of the enormous amount of positive reviews. Received it on 8/28/16 and waited to write this review so I could tell whether or not it was going to work for me. My primary reason for the purchase was because I have had terrible cramps and spasms in my calves, legs and feet for quite a while. I had extensive therapy for a past injury and because my calves had become atrophied. There wasn't a night where I wouldn't jump out of bed in pain from the cramping. Well, guess what? AFTER ONE USE OF THIS SPRAY, MY LEG CRAMPS ARE ALMOST GONE! In addition to the problems with my legs, I have suffered from IBSC for many years. I have been taking over the counter laxatives for years and just recently started taking fiber pills instead. I noticed after a few days I was able to go to the bathroom a little more frequently so I stopped taking my fiber pills about two weeks ago. I have not had to take one since so I can only assume the Mg oil spray is helping with that too. Another interesting thing happened. I had a very bad pain in my right hip one night such that it was painful and difficult to walk. I had carried my granddaughter on the opposite hip all that day while I was babysitting so I think I pulled something in the opposite hip. I had to leave the next day for a hiking vacation and I was in a panic! Before bed I sprayed my hip and rubbed it in. The next morning I was pain free - I really couldn't believe it because I was in pretty bad shape just a few hours before. With regard to the itching and tingling, it was minimal with this product as opposed to the second bottle of another brand I tried. I just re-ordered another two bottles. One for me, one for my 80 year old mom who says she has leg cramps too. Don't hesitate to try this product!
