Clearly used and returned product. The product was dirty and the cord was not knotted/tied at the factory. I've noticed that Amazon has been very poor in checking the quality of returned items lately. I could also buy used! As for the product, it seems like you have to perfectly align the mouse with the wheel sticker for it to work properly. Perhaps more detailed graphics on the steering wheel would improve the performance of this product.
