Albato offers an easy way of connecting with APIs in order to integrate them into our system, it also allows us to automate repetitive processes that are normally done manually (e.g., sending SMS alerts). It has been extremely helpful when integrating new software solutions from third parties like Salesforce or Slack since we have access to their SDKs as well which makes development effortless! The platform itself could use some improvements such integration features between different types of products/services would help users make data collection easier across platforms. There's not much you don't know about how your business works today once connected - everything gets automated through seamless workflow management capabilities.
