Works well. The clip connects instantly when I attach it to my watch. In my opinion, it actually works better than the charging cable that came with my Fitbit. Fitbit's charging cable was temperamental at times, plugging it in "just right" to let me know it was charging. Not so with this cable. As soon as I connect it to the watch, it charges.
