I wonder what I was doing before I got this, I use it every day. I don't even try to stretch anymore, I just reach for my stool. I love it. Folds up easily and doesn't take up any space at all. It says it holds 300 pounds. I read many reviews before deciding on this one. I'm glad I did because I definitely made a good choice. Will not slip on wooden or laminate floors. I even use it in the concrete garage. never a problem
