Review on 🎮 Renewed ASTRO Gaming A50 Wireless Dolby Gaming Headset - Black/Green - Xbox One & PC by Krystal Marie

The product itself was very good, it had extremely high sound quality, far better than the headsets I've had before, they were actually in very good condition, they looked almost new . don't do a very good job, they come with no instructions on how to set it up. so i spent hours on youtube watching how to make videos and googling info and went through a bunch of shit that didn't work, bought the $17 xbox app for this headset and still didn't pay off. The problem is that the microphone doesn't work. doesn't work no matter what i do, no one could hear me speak, i updated the firmware and went through the settings, checked the mic settings and still nothing. I have no idea what's wrong with us other than it's broken so be careful if you're buying something refurbished. However, Revain was helpful and made it quick and easy to return my broken item. I am giving this two stars simply because the product itself is very good and I will try to get a new one just like that. I saw some other reviews similar to the one I'm reading now or the mic didn't work. I wish I had given the warning but I didn't and paid for it so be careful!
