I've struggled to find tight leggings that fit me. I'm 6ft 3225 and wear 38/36 pants. My legs are long but not big/muscular. Size XL fits me. The waist was neither tight nor loose. Legs fit well. The material is flimsy, but for $10 it's a good buy if you live up to your expectations. I bought three pairs and plan to buy many more for work/basketball.
