I bought a large and I am 5'4 270 lbs. It fit perfectly. Not too tight, but not overflowing either. I got the dark blue and it is kinda sheer, but it's not bad with a darker color. Nice light fabric perfect for summer time. Also you can adjust the straps and make it a little on the sexier side, or tighten them and have a more conservative look. One of my favorite tank tops I have for the summer
