I love this bag. It holds a lot of things but it's not too big. It's just the right size and it's easy to find things in it. The long strap is too long as many have said. I don't use a long strap. I use a pen that is permanently attached. It is durable and keeps its shape. I bought dark brown but the label said it was grey. It looks brown to me.
